Shoreline Catering LLC was established in December 2025 and is proudly serving at Elba-Mar Boat Club on Grosse Ile.
With more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, founder Chris Dishneau, has built a career centered on exceptional food, outstanding service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
His culinary journey began while attending Grosse Ile High School, where he worked his first restaurant job at Lloyd's Bar & Grill. After graduation, he continued his education in Culinary Arts at Monroe Community College, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in hospitality.
Over the years, his passion for the culinary arts took him across the country, working at prestigious resorts including Boca Raton Resort, Turnberry Resort, and Squaw Valley Ski Resort. Returning to Michigan, he continued to refine his craft at the renowned Detroit Athletic Club, gaining experience in some of the industry's most respected hospitality environments.
His career later expanded into executive leadership roles, serving as Corporate Executive Chef for multiple Mid-Michigan medical hospitals, DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan, and Toyota Motor North America.
Today, that journey has come full circle. Back on Grosse Ile, he is proud to lead Shoreline Catering LLC at Elba-Mar Boat Club, serving more than 500 members and guests with the same commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality that has defined his career for over four decades.
